- global assistance services (54.7%): managing health-, home- and car-related problems;
- telemedicine and remote assistance services (28.9%): providing video advice for general and specialist physicians, offering geolocation services for doctors and pharmacies, identifying the most suitable medicines according to symptoms, etc.;
- call center management and sale of satellite systems (10.2%);
- management of insurance claims on behalf of third parties (6.2%): healthcare, car and travel insurance claims.
